- compiled with SAS 6.58 for 68040+ with all optimizations

- fixed Wipeout hits in the DOpusRT command (FindPath() dirty tricks)

- forced to the V39+ compliant pen allocation system
- DrawInfo pens are adopted from default public screen now
- eliminated some dead assignments

- viewscreen now opens in 8 bit mode on CGFX
- system pens on screens with 8+ colors only
- DOpus needs KS 2.04 at least (dropped 1.x support)
- corrected some char/uchar inconsistency
- more dead/old code eliminations
